What you'll do

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and trays by hand or machine
• polish silver as assigned
• maintain chemical levels and temperatures
• keep the dish area orderly
• sweep and mop floors
• clean food preparation surfaces
• remove trash
• transfer supplies and equipment
• help load and unload supplies.
