Planner Estimator

Job overview

The Planner Estimator role is onsite in Raleigh, NC; compensation is not specified. M.C. The role plans and estimates complex structural, electrical, and mechanical projects, helping the project team develop accurate bids and proposals. It supports project execution by interpreting plans and specifications, assessing materials and equipment, and coordinating pricing with vendors and subcontractors.

What you'll do

• Gather data and assist with bid estimates and design/build proposals
• perform drawing take-offs and price change orders
• interpret plans and specifications to identify materials and equipment and check project compliance
• apply cost fundamentals and maintain current pricing information
• prepare bid packages and obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing
• develop work plans and priorities
• produce high-quality work and collaborate toward shared goals.
