Patient Services Team Lead

The Patient Services Team Lead role is onsite in Rochester, NY. Compensation is $24–$26 per hour. Everleap Fertility brings together fertility practices and clinical teams to advance reproductive medicine and patient care. The lead coordinates and supports Patient Services Coordinators, helping maintain consistent administrative workflows, staff readiness, policy adherence, and professional patient care across assigned offices.

What you'll do

• Oversee and assist coordinators with sign-in, sign-out, and administrative workflows
• keep department leaders informed about performance
• assist with staffing and coverage planning
• recommend solutions
• support onboarding, training, and continuing education
• assist with quality patient care and resolution of patient concerns
• serve as a day-to-day contact for coordinators
• coach employee-patient interactions
• ensure policy adherence
• perform specialist duties and provide coverage as needed.
