What you'll do

• Oversee staffing needs and operations
• liaise with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies
• help cover call-offs with staff or agency workers when applicable
• allocate employees to shifts and positions
• coordinate with payroll on compensation accuracy
• prepare staffing reports
• update the master schedule using computer software
• fill vacancies in advance
• answer phones, greet visitors, and serve as a main point of contact.
