What you'll do

• Monitor public-space temperatures and mechanical equipment
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC and related equipment
• troubleshoot pumps, valves, seals, bearings, belts, and fan coil units
• repair plumbing, lighting, furniture, hardware, and finishes
• respond to guest maintenance calls
• coordinate repairs with hotel teams
• maintain records, supplies, tools, and work areas
• assist with fire and utility systems.
