What you'll do

• Complete rent collections and accounts receivable operations
• manage delinquencies and legal follow-up
• prepare monthly closing reports across the portfolio
• ensure accurate tenant and subsidy charges
• support collections performance, Massachusetts regulatory compliance, and use of Yardi.

Why this role
