The worker performs preventive maintenance and repairs to keep hotel systems and building components operating safely and efficiently. The role includes routine inspections, repair records, and responding to maintenance requests, including on-call requests at night and on weekends.

What you'll do

• Develop and carry out preventive maintenance
• inspect and repair HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, windows, walls, and doors
• record equipment service and repairs
• handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
• respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends.
