Legal Marketing Assistant

The Legal Marketing Assistant role is onsite in Denver, CO. Pay is $45,000–$60,000 per year. The position supports Hall & Evans LLC’s multi-state legal marketing team and reports to the Marketing & Business Development Manager. The assistant maintains accurate marketing and firm data, coordinates administrative workflows, and tracks deadlines and deliverables. This operational support helps the team execute marketing initiatives, prepare proposals and pitches, and coordinate practice-group and client-facing activities while protecting confidential information.

What you'll do

• Track attorney admissions, associations, and bar dues
• manage vendor account administration and invoice routing and payment tracking
• maintain matter experience data, client and attorney lists, and mailing lists
• support analytics reporting
• maintain marketing calendars and project trackers
• assist with scheduling, practice-group logistics, research, RFP packets, pitch decks, proofreading, biographies, events, sponsorships, intranet updates, marketing assets, business cards, and onboarding tasks.
