- Prepare program materials and summaries
- process administrative, fiscal, purchase, payment, housing, and travel documents
- support workshops, conferences, meetings, and virtual programs
- draft and edit correspondence and reports
- maintain program files
- assist with fellowship applications and visitor arrangements
- coordinate staff travel and calendars
- support publications, website content, and social media.
