What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests and respond to feedback
• train team members and uphold food preparation, service, and cleanliness standards
• monitor food quality and food cost controls
• communicate daily goals
• coordinate schedules, cleaning checklists, inventory, and supply orders
• resolve operational issues
• communicate procedures and expectations
• lead hands-on training across stations
• learn basic kitchen equipment maintenance
• conduct daily quality checks.
