The Patient Care Technician — Flex Pool — Days role is onsite in Flagstaff, AZ, with compensation of $20.01–$29.64 per hour. Northern Arizona Healthcare’s hospital teams provide patient care across units and departments. Working under clinical supervision, the technician assists with patient care, documentation, and supply management. The flex-pool assignment supports units according to staffing needs and may include patient safety attendant duties, helping maintain continuity of care and unit readiness.

What you'll do

• Assist with patient transfers, mobility, activities of daily living, and other care within scope
• observe skin integrity and report concerns
• maintain cleanliness and supplies
• document patient data and care in the electronic medical record
• support discharge instructions and equipment needs as assigned
• perform administrative and unit support tasks
• follow safety, isolation, and bloodborne-pathogen procedures.
