The role coordinates with Production, Quality, and Operations, controls freight costs, develops the shipping team, and improves processes to support facility throughput and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Lead daily outbound shipping and accurate, on-time fulfillment
• align shipping output with facility throughput goals
• resolve escalated shipping, freight, and carrier issues
• implement LEAN and 5S in the shipping department
• identify bottlenecks and improve throughput and accuracy
• improve packaging standards to balance cost and damage prevention
• manage shipping supplies inventory
• ensure accurate data entry and use of shipping and ERP systems.
