The Facilities Technician role is onsite in Poulsbo, Washington. Compensation is $22.00–$26.50 per hour. The facilities team maintains a safe, welcoming environment for the residents, children, families, and staff served by Martha & Mary.

What you'll do

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and grounds work across campus buildings, including nursing homes, child care centers, and retirement apartments. Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting issues
• maintain equipment and mechanical systems
• assist with safety checks, furniture moves, and applicable renovation projects. Respond to work orders, maintain work areas, and participate in emergency response when needed.

Why this role

Regular schedule after training is Tuesday–Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; training is Monday–Friday at the same hours. Rotating on-call responsibilities are required. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience in at least two listed trades, and a valid driver’s license.
