What you'll do

• Diagnose plumbing issues
• explain problems and solutions to customers and obtain agreement before work
• present repair or replacement options
• install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, tubs, sinks, garbage disposals, gas lines, and piping systems
• maintain clean, code-compliant workmanship
• use field management software for estimates and documentation
• maintain and stock the service vehicle and account for tools.
