The Carpenter & Handyman Installer role is onsite in Hutto, TX, with projects throughout the Greater Austin area. Pay is $60,000–$100,000+ annual earning potential through commission- and performance-based compensation. A Team Home Services provides electrical, handyman, carpentry, remodeling, and home improvement services in the Greater Austin area. The role completes sold and scoped residential projects, applying broad carpentry and repair skills to deliver quality workmanship and keep projects moving according to plans, specifications, and company standards. The installer coordinates with project leads and other trades and communicates progress and jobsite needs.

What you'll do

• Complete residential carpentry, handyman, repair, and remodeling projects
• install kitchen and bathroom components
• build, repair, and install fences, decks, patios, and exterior projects
• perform demolition, framing adjustments, structural repairs, finish carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and finish work
• measure, cut, and install materials
• follow project plans and quality standards
• coordinate with project leads and trades
• communicate progress and maintain clean, safe jobsites.
