What you'll do

• Support design and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual and long-term incentives, equity awards, and retention programs
• conduct market benchmarking and pay analyses
• prepare recommendations and Board and Compensation Committee materials
• coordinate executive review cycles and equity grants
• partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and external providers on administration, accounting, disclosures, and compliance
• develop models and reports
• mentor junior analysts.
