What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides
• develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate lesson plans

• communicate with parents and guardians about developmental progress
• collaborate with teachers and staff on curriculum and classroom management
• uphold licensing requirements and Michigan Child Care Licensing rules
• participate in professional development.
