Bilingual Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Bilingual Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in Providence, RI, with compensation of $15–$22 per hour. Northeast Family Services provides home-based therapeutic and personal assistance services for children, teens, and young adults with developmental, social, and emotional needs. The DSP works directly with individuals ages 3–21, implementing clinical-supervisor-developed behavior plans and treatment strategies, collecting daily data, and building professional relationships with clients, families, and the clinical team. Fluency in English and Haitian-Creole is required; the part-time role includes after-school, evening, and weekend hours.
