What you'll do

• Handle and defend complex Nevada civil litigation
• represent insurance carriers and insureds
• manage cases through resolution and trial
• conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and case evaluations
• take and defend depositions
• participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials
• communicate with clients, claims professionals, opposing counsel, and experts
• develop litigation strategies
• assist in expanding the Nevada practice
• collaborate with California office attorneys as appropriate.
