What you'll do

• Design and oversee individualized support plans
• develop programs for skill development, social interaction, and community involvement
• work as a Direct Care Professional as needed
• recruit, train, and supervise staff
• ensure shifts are covered at required staffing ratios
• conduct performance evaluations
• maintain staff training and certifications
• verify timesheets and punch requests
• manage staff callouts
• keep schedules posted
• ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance
• schedule member doctor appointments and maintain required documentation
• manage medications
• protect confidential records in accordance with HIPAA and DDD guidelines.
