What you'll do

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
• cold call potential candidates
• screen resumes and conduct interviews
• coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process
• manage candidate pipelines and metrics in ATS and other tools
• represent the company at recruiting and community events
• notify non-selected candidates
• advise management and support hiring managers
• maintain personnel-record confidentiality.
