What you'll do

• Perform minor repairs, general upkeep, furniture assembly, painting, and furnace-filter changes
• make deliveries between store locations and to clients
• maintain grounds by clearing debris, salting entryways, spraying weeds, and fertilizing flowers
• clean showroom vents
• run errands for supplies
• maintain the company van
• coordinate with outside service providers, tradespeople, and inspectors.
