• conduct video surveillance and obtain covert footage
• secure recorded statements, inspect scenes, conduct activity checks, and obtain documents as assigned
• write timely case notes
• submit video, photographs, and digital recordings by the next business day
• meet client deadlines
• communicate assignment progress
• protect confidential information.
