What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Provider Partnerships Managers
• spend three days per week in the field coaching live provider meetings and ride-alongs
• hire, train, and onboard team members
• conduct team meetings and one-on-ones focused on pipeline and account planning
• review meeting recordings and provide feedback
• implement performance management processes
• foster a collaborative team environment.
