Collections and Billing Specialist

What you'll do

• Review accounts and identify delinquent balances
• contact customers about past-due invoices
• verify charges and research discrepancies
• review payment history and account data
• monitor A/R aging, DSO, and trends
• recommend collection actions
• maintain activity records and databases
• prepare reports
• use Excel to analyze account information
• collaborate with internal departments and support process improvements.
