What you'll do

• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers
• negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• oversee purchasing
• develop sourcing strategies
• manage inventory across production facilities
• coordinate material forecasts with production
• oversee cycle counts and reconciliations
• manage freight scheduling, shipping, receiving, and delivery coordination
• monitor shipments and freight costs
• lead and develop staff
• track supply-chain KPIs
• prepare management reports
• identify cost and process improvements
• maintain purchasing, inventory, and shipping procedures.
