Restoration Estimator

The estimator manages scopes and estimates for residential and commercial restoration projects, helping ensure accurate job planning, profitable execution, and timely communication. The role coordinates with production teams, customers, property managers, and insurance adjusters from inspection through estimate revisions and project support.

What you'll do

• Inspect water, fire, mold, biohazard, and reconstruction damage
• create estimates using Xactimate and SERVPRO standards
• prepare scopes, sketches, photos, and documentation
• meet estimate timelines
• coordinate with production managers, crew chiefs, and technicians
• update estimates for supplements, change orders, or new findings
• assist with job costing and budget tracking
• support material lists, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling
• communicate with adjusters, property managers, and homeowners
• negotiate revisions
• maintain job files
• and follow company, carrier, OSHA, and IICRC requirements.
