What you'll do

• Provide executive leadership for the Installation, Engineering, and Software Services departments
• lead department managers toward KPI goals
• coordinate and prioritize projects, operational initiatives, and company resources
• build and develop teams of 15 or more employees through professional growth, accountability, and training
• serve as primary customer contact throughout projects
• improve processes, workflows, and performance metrics through EOS practices.
