What you'll do
- Read, review, and evaluate projects to bid
- Review plans and specifications
- Develop bid proposals including quantity take-offs
- Compare bid pricing to historical data
- Develop subcontracting plans
- Prepare bid documents
- Visit project sites.
What we're looking for
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or demonstrate comparable field experience
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in bridge and/or heavy highway construction estimating and/or project management
