What you'll do

• Supervise aircraft structural modification and repair for compliance with technical data, FAA regulations, and company procedures
• review production schedules and estimate labor needs
• interpret maintenance manuals and specifications
• coordinate work, personnel, training, and interdepartmental communication
• maintain time, production, and training records
• obtain customer approval for estimates
• ensure required paperwork, safety practices, and quality standards
• and coach and evaluate employees.
