What you'll do

• Provide clinically relevant interventions
• respond to disruptive behaviors and crises according to facility policy
• assist with comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, quarterly evaluations, MDS and RAPS
• provide individual and group counseling, case management, and discharge planning
• document assessments and services
• review behavioral reports
• attend team meetings, supervision, and continuing education
• report suspected abuse or neglect
• assist with milieu management and resident activities.
