What you'll do

• Supervise processes in assigned areas
• balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale
• track attendance, timekeeping, and PTO
• coordinate resources to resolve process issues
• ensure training and training records
• address employee issues through appropriate channels
• manage performance measures and reports
• coach and develop employees
• lead safety initiatives and accident investigations
• coordinate with Quality and Production Planning
• participate in preventive maintenance and 5S activities as needed
• follow environmental management procedures.
