The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Chicago, IL. Compensation is $45–$48 per hour. Wentworth Rehabilitation and Health Care Center provides nursing care to customers in a care-facility setting. The RN provides direct nursing care and supervises nursing assistants’ day-to-day work. The role supports quality care through assessments, treatment and medication administration, documentation, care planning, and communication with customers, families, and physicians.

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants
• support care plans and care conferences
• make rounds and monitor nursing practices
• document care, assessments, incidents, and customer responses
• administer medications and treatments as ordered
• complete admission, discharge, and transfer processes
• communicate changes in condition to physicians and families
• coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic services
• follow facility policies and applicable standards.
