The Wisconsin-Licensed Mental Health Therapist role is fully remote within the United States. Compensation is session-based: $81 per completed 60-minute intake, $61 per completed 45-minute follow-up, $30 for a no-show appointment, and $60 per hour for monthly therapy training and all-hands meetings. Mantra Health provides mental health services to college students through partnerships with universities and colleges. The therapist delivers evidence-based virtual care, completes assessments and treatment planning, maintains clinical records, and coordinates with campus providers, supervisors, peers, and administrative staff. The role supports accessible student mental health care and continuity of treatment.

What you'll do

• Deliver virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions
• conduct biopsychosocial intakes and diagnostic assessments
• develop appropriate treatment plans
• maintain timely clinical records
• coordinate with campus treatment providers, supervisors, peers, and administrative support
• and collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios. Active independent Wisconsin licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC is required.
