Foster Care Licensing Specialist

The specialist licenses and relicenses foster homes, conducts assessments and home studies, and provides training and ongoing family support. What you'll do

• Conduct initial and annual foster home assessments, interviews, and written home studies
• coordinate licensing and annual renewals
• provide home visits, post-placement services, and crisis intervention
• facilitate pre-service and additional training
• participate in orientations, family screening, and foster home recruitment
• collaborate with case management teams and community partners
• participate in on-call rotations, team meetings, and supervision.

Why this role
