What you'll do

• Provide customer support by phone, text, email, in person, and at the front desk
• greet walk-in customers and answer product or order questions
• support internal teams with orders and accounts
• enter and manage orders in the feed management system
• maintain standing orders and keep-fill programs
• assist with invoicing and office administration
• coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations
• identify and help implement process improvements.
