What you'll do

• Own CRM strategy and lifecycle programs across email, SMS, push, and other owned channels
• develop segmentation, personalization, and automation
• lead loyalty strategy and program management
• manage the website as a membership sales channel and oversee funnel testing and performance
• own website content, performance, SEO health, and enhancement roadmap
• oversee marketing technology selection, integration, and governance
• partner with IT and data teams on data flow, identity resolution, and compliance
• lead and develop a multidisciplinary team
• manage budgets and vendor relationships
• report performance and roadmap progress to senior leadership.
