What you'll do

• Perform embedding, microtomy, slide preparation, IHC staining and quality control, grossing, and related laboratory tasks
• load and unload slides on Ventana, Dako Auto-stainer, and Dako Omnis platforms
• verify case identification across blocks and slides
• document work in logs and the laboratory information system
• maintain equipment
• identify and address issues affecting test performance
• assist with training and special laboratory tasks.
