What you'll do

• Lead equipment and facilities engineering, including staff and service providers
• oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• manage capital projects, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments
• support equipment commissioning, qualification, validation, and startup
• maintain facility infrastructure and controlled environments
• partner with Quality and Regulatory Affairs on compliance and audits
• drive root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
