Chief of Staff to the CEO

What you'll do

• Lead strategic projects with the CEO, including work plans, market analysis, and recommendations for executive leadership and the board
• analyze market access, competition, and pricing to support strategic decisions
• coordinate cross-functional projects
• organize CEO office operations and executive processes
• advise the CEO
• facilitate communication across departments
• support partnership evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiation
• prepare executive presentations
• partner with the People team on leadership hiring, onboarding, and development.
