Construction Administrator

What you'll do

• Administer construction-phase activities and interpret plans, specifications, agreements, and contract documents
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, inspection reports, payment applications, schedules, and logs
• review contractor schedules, progress, and payment applications
• coordinate meetings and follow-up
• conduct construction observations and review field records
• identify and communicate project concerns
• support inspections, punch lists, and closeout
• maintain organized records and mentor RPR employees.

Why this role

Requires at least a two-year degree in engineering or construction management; 6–10 years of relevant experience is preferred. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and other listed credentials and training are relevant qualifications.
