Workforce Pipeline Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide participant intake, skills and interest assessment, career planning, and follow-up
• use labor-market tools to identify transferable skills and training pathways
• assist with resumes, interviews, and workplace readiness
• match participants to jobs, apprenticeships, internships, and work-based learning
• coordinate interviews and onboarding
• conduct employer outreach
• support MACWIC coordination
• maintain Salesforce and program records and reports.
