What you'll do

• Manage construction scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
• lead subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• monitor budgets, cost forecasts, and financial performance
• review contracts, drawings, specifications, and requirements
• coordinate stakeholder meetings
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• ensure safety and contract compliance
• track progress and address schedule, budget, or quality issues
• coordinate project closeout and final documentation.
