What you'll do

• Visit assigned posts to monitor performance and resolve daily issues

• adjust staffing schedules as needed
• inspect posts and records
• conduct on-the-job training
• respond to call-offs and assist with coverage
• report personnel concerns
• distribute company information
• respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with operations leadership.
