Through observation, feedback, training, and data-informed support, the Mentor Coach helps strengthen teaching practices and curriculum fidelity in alignment with early childhood frameworks and program standards.

What you'll do

• Build collaborative relationships with teachers to assess needs, set goals, and create action plans
• observe and document classroom practices
• demonstrate teaching practices
• provide respectful feedback
• analyze data on teacher, classroom, and program progress
• apply developmentally appropriate practices and adult learning principles
• organize and conduct professional development
• complete monthly reports
• and support compliance with Bauer policies, state licensing, and Head Start standards.
