What you'll do

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, and networked peripherals
• track and respond to help-desk tickets, calls, and emails
• support users with computer-operation issues
• diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
• install and configure desktops, laptops, and printers
• assist with account setup and password resets
• document tickets and equipment work
• escalate complex issues
• maintain an inventory of devices.
