Registered Nurse — Medical-Surgical/Telemetry

The Registered Nurse — Medical-Surgical/Telemetry role is onsite in Easley, SC, on a day schedule of 7:00 AM–7:30 PM, three 12-hour shifts per week, totaling 36 hours. The traveler pay range is $1,850–$1,915 per week. The nurse provides care to Medical-Surgical/Telemetry patients and collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. The role supports patient care through assessment, individualized care planning, medication administration, cardiac and telemetry monitoring, accurate Epic documentation, patient education, and discharge planning. Floating to other units or facilities is required as needed, and the schedule includes every other weekend, subject to unit needs.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care to assigned Medical-Surgical/Telemetry patients
• assess patients and develop individualized care plans
• administer medications and treatments
• monitor cardiac and telemetry patients and recognize changes
• document care in Epic
• collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• provide patient education and discharge planning
• float to other units or facilities as required.

Why this role

Required qualifications include at least one year of RN experience and Epic experience, a current South Carolina RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications, and Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience. First-time travelers may be considered based on experience.
