In-Home Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician

Job overview

The In-Home Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician role is based in Imperial, MO, and provides services in clients’ homes and community settings, with travel between locations during the workday. Compensation is $19–$24 per hour. Latitude Therapy provides ABA services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. The technician delivers one-to-one therapy and follows behavior intervention plans to help clients build communication, social, life, and daily living skills. Accurate data collection and communication with clinical supervisors support client progress and coordinated care.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in home or community settings
• follow BCBA-created behavior intervention plans
• run skill acquisition programs
• collect and record behavior and progress data
• submit session notes and documentation
• communicate with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
• support daily living skills when needed
• respond to challenging behaviors using provided training and protocols
• travel between session locations.
