What you'll do

• Lead team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans

• administer medications, start IVs, and perform and document treatments
• participate in staff orientation and in-service training
• assist physicians with tests and procedures within the state Nursing Practice Act
• coordinate care with other departments
• and report resident observations and reactions.
