What you'll do

• Function as RNFA during operative procedures.
• Work as scrub or circulating nurse when not in RNFA role.
• Apply principles of asepsis.
• Follow infection control guidelines.
• Perform positioning, prepping, and draping.
• Provide hemostasis.
• Assist with exposure and tissue handling.
• Perform wound closure.
• Apply dressings.
